I had primary education in West Negros College, attended Silliman Univ, worked as a banker in Manila, and is now raising a family here in San Francisco, Calif. All the time I'd been trying to figure out the nature and magnitude of poverty I witnessed in Negros as I was growing up, and later how I could make a difference.
