Last Janaury 9, 2017, Tapulanga Foundation, Inc. received its certificate of Registration and Licences to Operate from DSWD office in Brgy. Daro, Dumaguete City.  Ms. Genalyn A. Nemes received the certificate. To God be the Glory!
